β€’ BCM One is actively seeking a National Channel Manager for our expanding sales team. β€’ This position will be at the forefront of our business growth, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new partners. β€’ A successful National Channel Manager will have a strong history of B2B sales, within telecommunications/Channel sales, in a commissioned sales environment. β€’ The right candidate will possess the ability to understand, explain, and articulate why a business owner (prospect) would benefit from a profitable new business venture. β€’ National Channel Managers will have the creative ability to use an array of prospecting and sales techniques. β€’ You should have a proven track record of achieving quota through closing sales over the phone and/or via Web meetings with demonstrated success working in a metrics-based position. β€’ Responsible for developing sales in the designated target market by identifying new sales opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 10+ years in Telecommunications; Channel Experience preferred in collaboration with Cisco, Microsoft, and Distribution. β€’ At least 2 years of experience with Enterprise, large-scale global clients required. β€’ Strong prospecting skills with the ability to demonstrate a history of new logo wins. β€’ Experience in managing large multinational accounts. β€’ Experience in solution selling IP, data, and voice network services. β€’ Experience in strategic, technical, and business communications application sales. β€’ Experience with CRM and managing a robust funnel; SalesForce preferred. β€’ Strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills. β€’ Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction and ability to provide assistance to colleagues. β€’ Proficient in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. β€’ Requires at least 50% or more of the time conducting sales activities outside of the office. β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or marketing is strongly preferred.
