Description

• Coordinate with recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting service organization. • Manage recruiting activities to deliver exceptional candidate experiences. • Support hiring processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding. • Maintain data integrity in HR systems including Workday and Service Now. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization. • Communicate with candidates to answer questions and resolve scheduling issues.

Requirements

• 2 years working in a service role in a business environment, preferably recruiting • Solid attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines • Customer Service & Compliance mindset • High level of interpersonal and communication skills at all levels • Excellent organization skills • Stakeholder management skills • Ability to work and adapt to a fast-changing work environment • Previous exposure to a shared services model (preferred) • Experience working with Workday and Service Now (or other ticketing systems), and automated scheduling tools like Rooster (preferred) • HR Knowledge beyond hiring operations (preferred) • Ability to collaborate and be a standout colleague (preferred) • Ability to identify problems, take ownership and develop solutions (preferred) • Fluency with French language both verbal and written (preferred)
