Description

• The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) builds the local face of Beatbox in their field in the most relevant way and follows the Beatbox national strategies and priorities. • Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, build local networks including opinion leaders and essential influencers. • Create marketing programs in areas of On Premise, Off Premise, events, and New Business opportunities.

Requirements

• Maintain a state sampling license to legally handle and pour alcohol at events. • Deep understanding of the beverage industry, including knowledge of different types of beverages and the competitive landscape. • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness and product sales. • Proficiency in planning and executing events and promotions, such as product launches, tastings, and sponsorships, to engage consumers and build brand loyalty. • Ability to connect with consumers, gather feedback, and build relationships to enhance brand loyalty. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey marketing messages effectively to a diverse audience, including consumers, retailers, and distributors. • Confidence and proficiency in delivering presentations to both small and large groups, showcasing product features and benefits. • Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets. • Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns that set the brand apart in a competitive market. • Skill in managing marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment. • Ability to identify and address challenges and obstacles that may arise during marketing initiatives. • Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer preferences. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders. • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple marketing initiatives and events simultaneously. • A keen eye for detail to ensure marketing materials, events, and promotions are executed flawlessly. • Awareness of and compliance with industry regulations, especially if working with alcoholic beverages. • Experience and skill in conducting product sampling events and activities. • A genuine passion for the beverage industry and enthusiasm for promoting and representing the brand.
