Description
• Coordinate with warehouse management team in Beatbox day to day operations • Assist in communication/logistics with third party suppliers, vendors, and service providers • Assist in communication and logistics with internal employees related to portal operations, orders, tracking, etc • Ensure all SOPs for warehouse are tracked, met, and revisited on a monthly basis • Assist with trade marketing customer service with internal and external partners • Assist in logistical operations of kitted programs • Assist with sampling box process, inventory, fulfillment & execution for all product launches • Assist with marketing events and off-site launches • Assist in working alongside Trade Marketing Manager and with external vendors - to ensure all materials are produced on time, received by warehouse, and executed successfully • Assist department with day-to-day processing of Procurement/Contract/Sourcing related tasks as assigned • Interface with outside vendors on print window/portal maintenance, print on demand and logistics, portal, landing pages, etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, operations management, logistics or related field • 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, logistics, warehouse management, or customer service, ideally within a consumer goods or beverage industry • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, especially in logistical coordination and inventory management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Suite Products and familiarity with project management software • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
