📋 Description

• We’re looking for a passionate Growth Marketing Manager who is fascinated by brand-customer connections. • You’ll be responsible for the creation and optimization of paid channel strategies for 3 of BIG’s brands. • Use data to drive investment decisions, optimize campaigns and develop testing ideas. • Collaborate frequently with team members on Brand, eCommerce, Retention, Creative and Finance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4-6 years’ experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing, growth marketing or demand generation • High proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager and other ad platforms. • Proven analytical ability to digest data and derive actionable strategic insights. • Strong understanding and experience with A/B testing fundamentals and framework implementation. • Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns. • Strong partnership and influencing skills; effective across departments.
