📋 Description

• We are presently in search of a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Manager to become a part of our team. • This position will oversee a team of Nurse Practitioners, ensuring clinical excellence and providing leadership, guidance, and support. • The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Manager will balance clinical duties with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring optimal productivity and provider development while maintaining their own clinical caseload. • This role combines clinical expertise with leadership skills to enhance service quality and provider performance (50% clinical, 50% administrative). • This position is entirely remote and open to candidates from select states across the U.S. • The full-time work hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm ET, with a one-hour lunch break.

🎯 Requirements

• Current, valid nurse practitioner license (PMHNP) with significant experience in psychiatry or mental health services (adolescent experience strongly preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a PMHNP. • In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 criteria, diagnostic techniques, and mental health treatment. • A graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is strongly preferred. • At least 5 years of experience managing teams beyond clinical oversight, including responsibility for business operations metrics and people management/coaching. • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage performance, and provide support to clinical staff. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • Comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms, with experience using EHR systems. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong capacity for adaptability and navigating areas of ambiguity. • Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven track record of taking initiative and driving projects to completion. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and balance clinical duties with administrative responsibilities.
