• As a Digital Analyst at BECU, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights, empowering strategic decisions across the organization. • Develop dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau. • Perform ad hoc analysis and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders. • Collaborate with user experience teams to evaluate enhancements and improve digital usability. • Drive digital optimization and conduct analyses of A/B experiments. • Ensure data governance and assist with data validation efforts.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work-related experience. • Minimum of 36 months of experience in digital or web analytics, including expertise in Google Analytics and data visualization tools. • Proven experience in manipulating and integrating data sets using SQL or tools such as Tableau Prep and Alteryx. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to remain informed about events, trends, and developments impacting digital channels. • Proficient in leveraging data visualization tools to create actionable insights and drive decision-making. • Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations and provide strategic recommendations.
