• As the Director of Data Engineering at BECU, you will lead the transformation of our data platforms, establishing a technical vision that aligns with our commitment to serve our members and optimize internal operations. • Your role is instrumental in developing a roadmap and implementing data solutions that support enterprise-level analytics, data science, and business intelligence. • By collaborating across teams, you will ensure our data strategies meet the evolving needs of our organization and support a future-focused data infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of five years of experience in leading technical teams. • At least eight years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related fields. • Desired Qualifications: Experience with data integration platforms and modern data and BI tools. • Proficiency in iterative software development processes and continuous delivery practices. • Proven ability to lead large-scale change, acting as a positive disruptor to drive opportunities and solutions. • Experience with cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and data science practices. • Experience in data migration and transformation activities.
