• Develop and implement a strategy for scaling and optimizing the data infrastructure to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability. • Collaborate with product and business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Optimize processes for data collection, storage, processing, and transmission to support analytics solutions and machine learning models. • Ensure adherence to best practices for data quality, security, and metadata management across the organization. • Introduce new technologies and tools to enhance team efficiency and scale the data infrastructure. • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of ETL/ELT processes while monitoring and optimizing system performance. • Manage projects and coordinate interactions between internal teams, external partners, and contractors.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a leadership role in data engineering or software development. • Strong knowledge of database architecture, ETL tools, and modern cloud platforms for data processing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Experience working with Airflow and Python frameworks. • Understanding of machine learning, analytics, and business intelligence fundamentals. • Proficiency in MS SQL and NoSQL databases.
