Description

• Lead Sales Compensation Design: Manage the design and administration of sales incentive programs. • Collaborate with Business Leaders: Advise on sales compensation, offering strategic solutions. • Drive Sales Incentive Planning: Oversee annual sales incentive plan design process. • Ensure Accurate Compensation Calculations: Maintain efficiency in calculating incentives. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Base Compensation team and HR functions. • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide ongoing development to the team. • Compliance Oversight: Ensure knowledge of laws regarding sales incentive compensation. • Market Trends and Recommendations: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or equivalent work or educational experience. • Typically requires 8 years of experience in the Sales Compensation field. • 4 years of experience leading sales incentive plan design projects. • 1 year of leadership experience.
