• As a Principal Solutions Engineer (ERP) at BECU, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering modern, cutting-edge solutions that redefine experiences for our members and customers. • Your leadership, creativity, and technical expertise will help shape our technological future, enabling BECU to stand out in the market. • Responsible for leading the design, development, support, and implementation of future enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and enhancing current ERP systems. • By designing and implementing innovative systems, you’ll empower teams, enhance member experiences, and drive tangible value for the organization.
• Minimum 10 years of information technology experience with demonstrated expertise in ERP application design. • Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or equivalent work experience required. • Advanced degree. • Knowledge of a specific ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle,) including modules like finance, sales, inventory, and supply chain management. • Experience in programming languages relevant to the ERP system, database management, system integration technologies, and cloud-based ERP architecture. • Experience with public cloud (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud) technologies including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS offerings. • Knowledge of SOLID design principles, Object-Oriented Programming and Design. • Expertise with SOA patterns and distributed systems design. • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems and tools such as Azure DevOps Services, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or TeamCity. • Experience leading and collaborating with multiple teams for enterprise-wide initiatives, including business unit teams, to deliver solutions through all aspects of the SDLC required. • Industry conference experience presenting in front of technically adept, and non-technical audiences.
