β€’ The Principal Solutions Consultant will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and our advanced solutions. β€’ In this role you will bridge the gap and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address our clients' unique insurance challenges. β€’ Design innovative solutions and leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to architect tailored solutions that drive business growth. β€’ Lead with impact by presenting compelling solutions to both prospective and existing clients, highlighting the value and ROI of our offerings. β€’ Drive business transformation by being a trusted partner with our clients to identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational excellence. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor. β€’ Continuously stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum 10 yrs in a solutions consulting role; similar experience in product management β€’ 5+ years of lean process improvement experience or operations management experience in a service environment is required β€’ 3-5+ years of P&C (or benefits) operations management experience is preferred β€’ External consulting or business processing related requirements gathering, suctioning, pre-sales and contracting would be a plus β€’ Previous Sr Customer Success experience preferred. β€’ Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing solutions for complex business challenges. β€’ Solutions design and/or implementation preferred. β€’ Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of insurance products, processes, and challenges. β€’ Strong technical acumen, including knowledge of insurance platforms, policy administration systems, and claims management solutions. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ A passion for problem-solving and a drive to find innovative solutions. β€’ A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. β€’ A strong understanding of data analytics and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.
