📋 Description

• The Principal Solutions Consultant will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and our advanced solutions. • In this role you will bridge the gap and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address our clients' unique insurance challenges. • Design innovative solutions and leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to architect tailored solutions that drive business growth. • Lead with impact by presenting compelling solutions to both prospective and existing clients, highlighting the value and ROI of our offerings. • Drive business transformation by being a trusted partner with our clients to identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational excellence. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor. • Continuously stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 yrs in a solutions consulting role; similar experience in product management • 5+ years of lean process improvement experience or operations management experience in a service environment is required • 3-5+ years of P&C (or benefits) operations management experience is preferred • External consulting or business processing related requirements gathering, suctioning, pre-sales and contracting would be a plus • Previous Sr Customer Success experience preferred. • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing solutions for complex business challenges. • Solutions design and/or implementation preferred. • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of insurance products, processes, and challenges. • Strong technical acumen, including knowledge of insurance platforms, policy administration systems, and claims management solutions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. • A passion for problem-solving and a drive to find innovative solutions. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • A strong understanding of data analytics and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.
