• Analyze Product Performance: Provide detailed reports on metrics such as Financial Health, Product adoption, and retention to guide strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. • Data-Driven Insights: Use advanced analytics to pinpoint areas for product improvement, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance member experiences, contributing to overall product success. • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting research and competitive benchmarking, recommending adjustments to ensure BECU remains a market leader. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders to align product strategies with BECU’s organizational goals and ensure seamless delivery. • Compliance and Security: Ensure all products meet credit union regulations, internal policies, and security standards, especially in data operations and marketing practices. • Innovative Data Techniques: Explore and implement cutting-edge analysis techniques to deepen the insights you provide, helping shape product strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product-related analysis. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics. • Advanced degree preferred. • Strong presentation and project management skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders. • Previous experience within a credit union or other financial services environment. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS. • Experience with tools such as Snowflake and Azure DevOps. • Demonstrated proficiency in visual data analytics tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
