• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years in a management role. • Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering teams, with a strong focus on career growth and impact. • Startup experience is a must—comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment. • Technical expertise in our stack: Frontend: React.js and React Native; Backend: Python (FastAPI); Cloud: AWS, Docker. • High ownership and accountability, with a history of driving projects from ideation to execution. • Deep understanding of engineering best practices, including performance optimization, scalability, and testing. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align engineering with business goals. • Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in defining solutions and removing roadblocks. • Excited about GenAI and Agentic AI, with a passion for leveraging AI to transform industries. • Fluent in English (C1 minimum) for effective communication. • Nice to haves: familiarity with Gen AI technologies, RAG & ReAct Models, LangChain, LLMs
