β’ Engineer, deploy, and support global network and voice services. β’ Configure and deploy new network hardware into the existing global Cytiva network. β’ Support wired and wireless LAN environments at sites in multiple EMEA countries. β’ Monitor IT ticket queues and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests. β’ Implement Palo Alto firewall policies based on approved change requests. β’ Utilize network monitoring tools and respond promptly and appropriately to alerts. β’ Participate in an on-call support rotation.
π― Requirements
β’ Proficient in planning, deployment, and support of Cisco SD-WAN services or similar vendors. β’ 6+ years IP network engineering and technical support. β’ Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting BGP Routing Protocol. β’ Demonstratable knowledge and experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless LAN infrastructure. β’ Experience with deployment and support of Palo Alto firewalls. β’ It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: β’ AWS, Azure, and OCI Cloud Environments. β’ Cisco Identity Services Engine.
