Description

• The Subject Matter Expert (SME) team at Behavox works to improve our Compliance product • This team is responsible for ensuring that the quality of our product meets the expectations of clients and regulators • This Compliance Analyst role is an exciting opportunity for talented individuals to review surveillance alerts and influence product design in a high growth AI company

Requirements

• A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies • Strong knowledge of market abuse and other forms of misconduct that manifest in financial services firms • Good understanding of regulatory landscape and where to find relevant guidance and insights on regulatory topics • Good understanding of "trader speak" including surveillance operating models and governance • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) accompanied by excellent analytical skills
