📋 Description
• Responsible for developing and executing the change management processes for Belden's global SAP implementation. • Ensure that SAP process and system changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and integrated. • Develop and implement SAP change management strategies in change leadership, communications & engagement, change impacts, training, and change effectiveness. • Lead and mentor a team of SAP change management professionals. • Collaborate with program leadership, workstream leads, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders for successful change management outcomes. • Use data and feedback to make informed adjustments to change management approach and plans.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field • At least five (5) years of proven experience in change management, with a focus on SAP implementations and global transformations • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior leaders and third-party consultants • Ability to work with a remote team & in a global environment
