• First role will be as Finance Specialist in Operations or FP&A Controlling team • Active member of Finance team from the start, influencing Commercial Controlling, Operations Controlling, FP&A Controlling, Internal Audit, and Accounting • Learn about various brands, businesses, technologies, and countries in EMEA through job rotation • Enhance knowledge of core business, develop business acumen, and build a strong foundation for commercial talent and leadership skills • Receive personalized feedback and support from a Belden mentor
🎯 Requirements
• Enthusiasm - Ready for a challenge • Education - Master in Business Administration with a Major in Finance, Strategy, Controlling, Accounting, or similar field • Leadership qualities - Desire to build a management career in Finance • Professional experience - At least two relevant internships or less than one year of work experience • Languages - Fluent in English and basic knowledge of German and/or Dutch, additional languages are a plus • Mobility and flexibility - Willingness to relocate to other European countries
