📋 Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP implementation strategies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data migration requirements, scope, and timelines. • Utilize Syniti ADM module for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration. • Develop and implement data migration plans, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes. • Conduct data profiling and analysis to assess data quality and identify issues prior to migration. • Coordinate with technical teams to design and optimize data migration processes and workflows. • Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices for data migration using Syniti ADM. • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status and challenges. • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout the migration process. • Document data migration processes, methodologies, and lessons learned for future reference.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in SAP data migration or data management roles. • Proven experience with Syniti tools (e.g., Syniti ADM Data Migration, Syniti Knowledge Platform) and methodologies. • Strong understanding of SAP modules and data structures (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC). • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and integrity. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven experience with SAP master data (e.g., Customer, Vendors, Materials, etc) and associated data migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW).
