🎯 Requirements

• Proven Email Marketing Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience managing email campaigns, ideally with a measurable impact on bookings and revenue. • Drip Expertise (or similar advanced ESP): Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and optimizing email automations, segments, and campaigns in Drip or a comparable advanced email marketing platform. • Copywriting & Communication Skills: Exceptional skill in writing engaging email copy that converts. • Strong Analytics & A/B Testing Skills: Deep understanding of email analytics, split-testing strategies, and data-driven decision-making for continual improvement. • Revenue-Focused Mindset: Proven ability to directly link email marketing efforts to measurable business outcomes (sales calls booked, direct revenue). • Independence & Ownership: Comfortable taking full ownership of the email channel, proactively improving performance, and requiring minimal supervision.
