📋 Description
• The Editorial Director will support implementation of reporting solutions for educators • Help educators understand student performance through innovative solutions • Construct reporting requirements for literacy instruction and student performance • Collaborate on algorithms and cut scores for student content difficulty • Define student pathways through assessments and practice activities • Oversee development of assessment guides for teachers and administrators
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in learning analytics, instructional design, and literacy focused technology-based learning environments • Experience using quantitative and qualitative methods • Knowledge and experience with literacy assessment data and reporting used in K-12 education • Knowledge of literacy and learning science research and a passion for K-6 literacy education • Ability to work collaboratively with content developers and software engineers • Strong oral and written communication skills • Elementary literacy teaching experience preferred
