Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel weekly on a nationwide basis by air and vehicle. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in pavement construction, engineering, inspection/review, estimating or related experience. • Onsite project management and construction inspection/review experience • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. • Ability to use tools to measure, estimate and verify project specifications. • Ability to apply technical skills and research to meet project demands and solve problems. • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. • Strong passion in the continuous pursuit of technical excellence, learning and improvement. • Physical requirements: Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., perform close-view visual analysis of pavements, sit, stand, walk, and stoop for extended periods.
