• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech • Proven track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies • Strong understanding of sales processes and enablement best practices • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment • Experience with employer benefits or HR technology is a plus
