Description

• Manage product go-to-market plans for Benevity’s corporate purpose software. • Collaborate with teams on strategies and programs for revenue growth. • Refine pricing and packaging for products and new launches. • Ensure integration of go-to-market with Product, Sales and Marketing. • Generate insights about target audience’s needs and challenges.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of product marketing and/or product management experience in B2B SaaS. • At least 5 years of experience leading teams. • Experience with B2B companies transforming to enterprise SaaS. • Ability to execute strategies cross-functionally, on-time, and effectively. • Proven experience working globally to nurture markets. • Success in leading a portfolio of product marketers in a high-growth environment. • Success launching differentiated products in the B2B space. • Experience with SaaS pricing strategy to drive revenue. • Experience with new product introduction by market and geography. • Strategic planning, execution, and measurement skills. • Great collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functionally. • Excellent communication skills across varying audiences. • Driven to understand and solve client needs. • Results orientation and resourcefulness. • Organization skills, independent thinking, and flexibility. • Analyst relations experience is an asset.
