Description

• Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent • Location: India • Reporting to: CPO • Drive Benivo’s operational efficiency by owning, optimizing, and scaling process automation through Make.com and other automation tools. • Focus on quality assurance, process standardisation, and seamless integration with 3rd party systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process automation and quality assurance, particularly with Make.com, Zoho, or similar platforms. • Strong expertise in process standardization, with a track record of optimizing workflows and implementing scalable automation solutions. • Technical proficiency in API integrations, data manipulation, and managing automation platforms. • Demonstrated experience in managing complex integrations with 3rd party systems. • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams. • Adaptable and proactive with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Hands-on experience with Make.com, Zoho tools (CRM, Flow, Writer, SalesIQ Chatbot etc.), and other integration platforms is highly preferred. • Experience in an Agile environment, delivering automation solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
