📋 Description

• Manage the production process and create content briefs for client-based projects. • Support a team of writers and editors in crafting high-quality content for clients. • Work closely with an Organic Growth Strategist to ensure deliverables align with goals. • Oversee a small team of writers and editors with quality control and client communication. • Conduct research and manage client interactions and expectations regarding content processes. • Represent the content team in client meetings and discussions. • Ensure content guidelines are met and promote consistent improvement within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in editing and/or writing SEO and other forms of content marketing. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with healthy analytical and critical thinking skills. • Ability to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities with multiple people. • Experience interviewing subject matter experts independently. • Familiarity with content briefing and understanding of audience needs. • Adaptable and open to experimentation in processes. • Process-oriented and efficient in managing time. • Positive attitude, open to feedback and passionate about excellent content. • Degree in English, creative writing, journalism, or content marketing preferred but not required.
