Description

• Oversee and lead strategic outreach and partnerships with the EU (EEAS, Commission) • Support and advise on funding opportunities, including grant-writing • Monitor relevant policy developments and funding mechanisms, build relationships • Coordinate internal contacts with EU actors and peacebuilding organizations • Build a knowledge base and suitable formats for understanding the EU • Advance evidence-based policy-influencing with MEPs and stakeholders • Provide expert advice on advocacy opportunities and lead policy initiatives • Attend conferences and roundtables in the EU policy scene

Requirements

• Master degree in relevant fields such as Peace and Conflict Studies, Political Science, International Relations or similar • 5+ years relevant work experience, majority in Brussels • Proven history working with the EU, preferably in peacebuilding/peace mediation • Experience in remote communication & cooperation • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English • Professional skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams)
