📋 Description
• A Program Manager directs all phases of turnkey design-build projects. • Responsible for administration, planning, implementation, closing, and management of turnkey projects. • Leads project managers responsible for assigned projects’ scope of work, schedule, and budget. • Accountable for managing large revenue client programs throughout the entire EPC/delivery lifecycle. • Owns the client relationship with consistent communication, status updates, and coordination activities. • Participates in business development activities such as proposal development and project interview presentations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, construction management, or related discipline. • 7-10 years of project management experience managing integrated projects in Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, or Energy sectors. • Demonstrate leadership and management experience of technical or project teams. • Strong skills in technical analysis, organization, and planning. • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various projects in a fast-paced environment. • Extensive experience in an engineering design discipline, construction, facilities management, and/or energy sectors. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
