Requirements

• A minimum of three years of consumer financial services compliance experience. • Fundamental understanding of all federal consumer financial protection laws and regulations including but not limited to, ECOA/Reg. B, TILA/Reg. Z, FCRA/Reg. V, SCRA, and MLA. • Experience with state consumer protection laws and regulations a plus. • Knowledgeable of open-end and closed-end secured and unsecured consumer loan products and open-end products. • Superior organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment. • A creative approach to problem solving. • The ability to collaborate effectively and propose alternate solutions. • Ability to be flexible with changes in regulatory guidance or company priorities. • Must work well both independently and as part of a team. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • CRCM preferred.
