Description

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements  • Support Regulatory Compliance Team and manage Policies & Procedures  • Monitor and assess regulatory changes for impact on Abarca • Lead communication methods to keep all employees informed of updates   • Maintain and report results on Compliance metrics   • Support HIPAA investigations and coordinate with the Security Team   • Prepare Compliance Updates and summaries for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor, Law Degree, or Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration, Public Health, Health Evaluation or related field (In lieu of a degree, equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered.) • 3+ years experience in Healthcare Compliance and/or regulatory management role. • Computer proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and Internet experience. • Strong understanding of industry processes, healthcare regulations, and PBM Operations. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Availability to work in specified time zone or working schedule. • Availability for on-call hours.
