Description
• Supervises daily activities of a large export support team • Manages work activities, monitors status of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions • Oversees processes to mitigate risk and ensure production metrics complies with Littelfuse standards • Trains team members and contributes to performance evaluations • Coaches and manages the daily work activities and may have accountability for the performance of the team • Leads a team that oversees and maintains the efficient movement of materials and products across international boundaries • Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet export objectives • Assists the team with complex issues; acts as an escalation point of contact • Trains team members and provides input to performance reviews
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred • CES - Certified Export Specialist or Bachelor or university degree • Five to seven years of experience with at least two years at a supervisor level • Supervisory skills • Advanced knowledge in MS Office • Strong analytical skills • Strong communication skills • High attention to detail
