• High Alpha Innovation partners with the world’s leading organizations to innovate through startup creation. • We are seeking a world-class entrepreneur for the role of CEO and Co-Founder for our newest company, which is currently in stealth mode (hereafter “StealthCo”). • StealthCo is a SaaS platform that will help health systems drive a culture of compliance by providing regulatory insights and targeted communication tools that improve response time, reduce administrative burden, and optimize operational efficiency. • The platform routes the right intelligence to the right people—whether it's compliance officers, legal teams, or operational leaders—ensuring that key stakeholders receive actionable information that directly impacts their roles. • You’ll be supported by the High Alpha Innovation team, who have seen exponential growth across a variety of SaaS platforms in multiple industries with successful exits along with the deep subject matter expertise, network, and credentials of the advising concept ideator. • As the CEO and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for building a big, important, and durable business from the ground up. • You will also set the go-to-market strategy and get the MVP into the hands of early customers. • This is a unique opportunity to be a creator, builder, and innovator to build a world-class product from scratch.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience selling software tools to hospitals and health systems • Deep experience with the healthcare regulatory landscape, including how regulations are enacted, interpreted, and implemented across healthcare systems • Regulatory consulting experience in helping to interpret and estimate the impact of regulatory change on a hospital/health system based on the system’s specific needs • A passion and vision for solving regulatory burden in healthcare and transforming it into an opportunity for innovation and growth. • Founder experience is preferred or experience working in an early-stage venture-backed company in a key leadership role • Venture capital fundraising experience preferred or other relevant experience across sales, negotiations or corporate development • Strong track record of tackling difficult challenges, a strong work ethic and desire to build a high-growth company • An entrepreneurial mindset along with the grit and determination to scale a company from scratch
