• The 340B compliance analyst is responsible for maintenance, audit, and optimization of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. • Regular maintenance includes monitoring of the 340B split billing software. • Audits must be completed in accordance with hospital 340B policy. • Assist the 340B Manager with pharmacy operations. • Evaluate patient eligibility for qualified and non-qualified patients. • Perform audits on a scheduled basis and resolve reconciliation issues. • Collaborate with the 340B Oversight Committee to develop audit metrics. • Track financial impact over time and identify root causes of adverse trends.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Systems or Finance/Accounting • 3 or more years of prior experience in a pharmacy retail or hospital setting • Prior knowledge and training in the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
