Description

• Manage client relationship with regards to the status of their regulatory requests • Interact with internal business partners to implement/gather information for client requests regarding regulations, market conduct, mailings, or audits • Implement process improvements to drive productivity and quality enhancements • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute process-related strategies • Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to adjust in how requests/interactions are handled • Ensure that the team meets quality and compliance standards • Schedule and facilitate meetings about unknown topics with subject matter experts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR equivalent combination of education and experience • 5 + years of relevant work experience in the Life Insurance industry • a minimum of 2 years performing in compliance related job function • Life insurance experience is mandatory • Life and Annuity administration experience • Claims processing and filing is mandatory • Policy administration experience is mandatory • Microsoft Office • Strong experience in Excel • Extremely detailed orientated • Ability to multi-task • Great problem solving skills • Self Sufficient but with the ability to work in a collaborative team • Excellent communication and oral skills are required • Exceptional typing and organizational skills are required
