• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent across various departments within our organization. • This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who will manage the entire recruitment cycle for all positions within the company. • Manage the recruitment process for a diverse range of roles including call center agents, technical staff, IT specialists, program managers, and more. • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies to attract and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements. • Conduct initial phone interviews and skills assessments to assess candidate qualifications. • Develop compelling job descriptions and ensure the company’s employer brand is effectively represented. • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding. • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies. • Provide timely updates and transparent communication to ensure an excellent candidate experience. • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds. • Assist with onboarding new hires ensuring they have a smooth experience as they join the company.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a call center or similar high-volume recruiting environment. • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting platforms. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • Familiarity with labor laws, hiring regulations, and best practices for recruiting. • A proactive, self-motivated, problem-solving mindset focusing on results. • A passion for recruitment and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both candidates and hiring teams.
