🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally at a startup or in a highly regulated or rule-heavy domain (fintech, insurtech, healthtech, etc.) • Experience writing clear PRDs, user stories, and logic specs • Worked on platform or infrastructure-level products — pricing engines, rules engines, decision APIs, or internal tools • Familiar with mortgage or lending concepts (e.g., LTV, AUS, credit score thresholds), or industry experience is a plus • Understand technical concepts and can work effectively with engineers (you don’t need to code, but you should know how systems connect) • Comfortable with tools like Postman, Jira, Python, SQL, Go • Managed multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Exceptional stakeholder management skill and ability to handle complex cross-functional projects • Strong understanding of technology and the ability to develop and execute a technology strategy • Thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
