• PVcase is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. • The role will play a vital role in our efforts to expand the value of our B2B SaaS product. • The ideal candidate will blend customer-centricity, stakeholder management, engineering, and design skills to meet our business goals. • The Product Manager will drive the expansion of our product capabilities, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience that reduces reliance on fragmented software, enhances customer retention, and accelerates revenue growth. • Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute a product strategy for the respective domain • Own and drive business metrics and product analytics • Proactively set measurable product outcomes connected to the business strategy • Validate customer problems through qualitative and quantitative research • Continuously engage with users to discover and validate new opportunities that align with product goals • Manage and communicate the roadmap to internal stakeholders • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other departments to align on areas of opportunity • Work closely with the Product Development team to deliver product improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years working as a Product Manager • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on delivering outcomes • Experience managing complex, web-based SaaS products that serve the needs of both customers and the business • Passion for developing customer empathy, problem solving, and learning • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) • Experience in bringing new products to market • Comfort in driving strategy discussions with both non-technical and technical audiences • Strong stakeholder management skills and prioritization skills to identify and communicate what should be worked on and why • Bias towards working with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders • Experience with B2B SaaS desktop web applications
