Description

• This position will report to the Technical Product Manager. • Support multiple technical products used across the organization. • Involved in the entire software development life cycle from inception to deployment. • Perform detailed analysis on configuration and engineering change requests. • Write detailed business requirements documents and agile stories. • Coordinate multi-system efforts and perform user acceptance testing. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elicit business requirements. • Document user stories and defects using Agile format. • Perform software demos and write release notes. • Serve as an escalation point for production issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required. • 3 years of experience in Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, & problem-solving ability. • Ability to explain complex business or technical problems in a logical manner. • Curious, detail-oriented, critical thinker. • Agile methodology. • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, computer science, or similar discipline. • Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred. • Totara/Moodle experience preferred.
