β€’ Are you ready to be part of an organization that is re-imagining the Digital Transformation journey? β€’ As Product Owner, Digital Solutions Intelligent Document Processing, you will be part of a team chartered to work on cutting edge technology in the artificial intelligence field here at Iron Mountain. β€’ This role requires significant experience in software engineering practices as well as mastery of Agile software product development methodology and practices. β€’ The candidate will provide product leadership within their scrum team and with various stakeholders; therefore, a deep understanding of the traditional physical records management space and the processes associated will be critical to this role. β€’ The successful candidate will have a bias toward action, a proven track record of delivering minimum viable products to market at speed, and a curiosity for digital & emerging technologies in addition to their deep expertise in the physical space. β€’ Excellent communication skills are a must. β€’ The ideal candidate will have a technical background with the ability to lead product vision, roadmaps, user story mapping, backlog management, sprint planning/review, and incremental release planning and execution. β€’ This role requires the ability to drive the Agile process within the Scrum team(s) as well as support the developers and SCRUM Master(s) during the product development and delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

β€’ Subject Matter expert with 3+ years prior experience with Records Management software and processes a must. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science a plus. β€’ Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience defining & writing user stories and acceptance criteria for a Software Development team. β€’ Minimum of 3 -5 years experience in Data Analytics. β€’ Experienced in User Experience and User Interface design principles. β€’ Experienced in software development lifecycle (SDLC) including defect tracking and requirement management systems (e.g., Jira, Gitlab, Confluence, Aha, etc.). β€’ Knowledge of Content Management / Content Services / ECM platforms / prior experience with these platforms highly desired. β€’ Self-motivated, not requiring significant managerial direction. β€’ Adept at adjusting to changing circumstances quickly and professionally. β€’ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. β€’ Extensive understanding of Agile methodology or previous experience, implementing Agile onto a team is highly preferred. β€’ Prior experience as an Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment is very strongly preferred.
