Description

• The Product Manager will serve as a key member of the Product Strategy department. • The Product Manager will own our Platform Services with specific focus on the Resident Portal. • Responsible for defining and driving strategy, planning, prioritization, and execution of the solution roadmap. • Communicate effectively with all areas of the company and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Conduct market and Voice of the Customer research to propose and prioritize solutions and enhancements. • Align with the Product Director to develop a vision and roadmap for the product line. • Plan and manage the launch of enhancements and features that improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in fields relating to business or marketing or comparable experience preferred • 4+ years of relevant professional experience • Experience in product management • Experience with market and customer research • Experience with using data to inform strategic decisions and to measure impact • Must be able to meet deadlines • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Self-starter and results oriented • Ability to work effectively within a team • Experience with API-driven product integrations is preferred
