Description

• This position will report to the Technical Product Manager and support multiple technical products. • Be involved in the entire software development life cycle from inception to deployment. • Perform detailed analysis on configuration and engineering change requests. • Write detailed business requirements documents and agile stories. • Coordinate multi-system efforts and review test cases. • Perform user acceptance testing. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elicit business requirements. • Anticipate needs from the business teams and propose technology solutions. • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for business areas and software products. • Document user stories and defects using Agile format and best practices. • Perform end-to-end software testing and software demos. • Write release notes and triage bugs/defects. • Serve as an escalation point for production issues and bugs reported. • Be an evangelist for automation, process efficiency, and simplification.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required. • 3 years of experience in Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, & problem-solving ability. • Ability to explain complex business or technical problems in a logical, easy to follow manner. • Curious, detail-oriented, critical thinker. • Agile methodology. • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, computer science, information technology, or similar discipline. • Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Billing experience. • Totara/Moodle experience.
