• Contribute to the product vision and roadmap • Work with the agile team to deliver exceptional member experiences • Responsible for defining stories and owning the team/sprint backlog • Setting priorities to deliver value based on the product roadmap and vision • Promote a customer-centric mindset within the agile team
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 3+ years of experience in related field • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field • Demonstrated passion for the Web and creating exception digital member experiences • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to multi-task and properly set priorities based on business need and sense of urgency • Excellent verbal and written business communications skills • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with diverse project teams and across functional areas
