Description

• collaborate within cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions • gather and manage requirements from diverse stakeholders • lead and facilitate grooming sessions to refine product requirements • develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including User Stories, Scope documents, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) • utilize UML/BPMN or other business modeling techniques to visualize and refine software solutions • communicate clearly and convincingly, both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst • experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including backend • experience with B2C product with a large number of users or mobile apps • proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
