• Multi-award winning global company seeking experienced Business Analyst. • Work on decentralized healthcare platform utilizing blockchain and Web3. • Research target market and manage requirements through the full lifecycle. • Work with stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are captured clearly. • Develop and apply deep business and application domain knowledge for healthcare.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Have worked with Blockchain /Web3 companies • Proven experience with (product) development methodologies for gathering and capturing requirements and documenting same in a clear unambiguous manner. • Experience in defining scope, high level and detailed requirements, and producing (or supporting the development of) roadmaps. • Product experience in healthcare is a must. • Experience in business process modelling using BPMN or EPC. • Experienced at stakeholder management- communicating with senior and other stakeholders. • Excellent interviewing and presentation skills to demo the product as well as extract and utilize feedback to improve the product. • Experience in the financial services area with emphasis on payments is an advantage. • Creatively skilled-ability to imagine the future product! • Knowledge of BPM tools such as Draw.IO, Visio, ARIS, Figma etc. • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare area. • Experienced BA with healthcare domain (HL7/FHIR/EDI/EMR/eRx), requirements management, user experience design, Figma, swim lane diagrams, UML, requirements process, testing and acceptance, client facing skills.
