Description

β€’ Configure and develop customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform β€’ Lead technical sessions with customers utilizing ServiceNow best practices, including but not limited to demos, discussions, knowledge transfer. β€’ Conduct training for customers on the use of software tools β€’ Collaborating with and mentoring Beyond20 peers and teammates β€’ Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform β€’ Implementation of custom dashboards, reporting, and metrics β€’ Supporting the ServiceNow practice, with examples such as Writing blog postings, knowledge articles, and white papers β€’ Creating video content relevant to our clients' needs β€’ Assisting with proposal writing, responding to RFPs and RFQs as needed β€’ Providing assistance with marketing / operational / administrative activities as needed

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of successful ServiceNow platform implementation experience. β€’ Current ServiceNow CSA, and CIS-ITSM required β€’ Current ServiceNow CIS certifications are a plus β€’ Consulting experience preferred β€’ Familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies β€’ Familiarity with web services β€’ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a minimum of supervision β€’ Knowledge of the ITIL Framework and Agile/Scrum methodology β€’ Four-year college degree or comparable experience β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to talk to C-level audiences β€’ Effective problem-solving, time, and project management skills β€’ Knowledgeable in JavaScript, bootstrap, Angular, XML (jelly is also a plus) β€’ Experience with SQL, Batch, PowerShell β€’ Able to leverage Office365 to create compelling presentations and meaningful reports
