• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role • Deep expertise in sales automation, CRM, Planning & Forecasting • Advanced skills in Excel, Gong, Salesforce, and Powerpoint • Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI or similar platforms) • Ability to work independently as well as with teams across the business • Ability to interpret data, not just present it • Self-motivated, takes clear ownership and initiative, and knows when to seek guidance • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, capacity to manage multiple priorities
