We seek a Senior Manager of Website Experience & Conversion Optimization to drive continual web and conversion optimization improvements, in this newly created role. • This team member will report to the Director of Content Marketing & SEO, and own the strategy for website performance, including conducting A/B and multivariate testing to increase conversion rates, engagement, and lead generation. • In this role you will work to identify friction points in the user journey and optimize the overall website experience across multiple languages and regions. • Additionally, you will conduct regular audits to proactively find and fix issues and drive optimizations. • This position requires strong experience with a large, complex, and high-performing website, and a blend of technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and strategic collaboration. • Success in this role entails working cross-functionally across Content Marketing, Web Development/Operations, Demand Generation, Customer Experience and Research, Product Marketing, and more. • You will work closely with the dev team and other stakeholders to implement site improvements. • Experience in the cybersecurity space or a related discipline is highly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in website optimization, UX/UI, CRO, or a related role • Experience working with a complex, global website. • Strong understanding of A/B testing and website governance tools (e.g., AB Tasty, Dubbot Google Optimize, Monside, Optimizely, Silktide, VWO). • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce, SEMrush, or similar toolsets. • Familiarity with web design principles, accessibility standards, and best practices. • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not a developer role, but enough to communicate effectively with dev teams). • Highly analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and translating insights into actionable improvements. • Strong experience working within CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, HubSpot, WordPress). • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
