• Responsible for leading initiatives to develop strategic product requirements for smart heating solution • Analyze requirements for product portfolio and corresponding decision-making processes • Collaborate with Product Owner and Product Lead on design process improvements for smart heating • Prepare and implement evidence-based decisions • Take responsibility for projects to improve product portfolio • Initiate activities to increase product and process quality at beyonnex • Conduct needs analyses to expand functionalities of bx.suite

Requirements

• Good understanding of business processes and impact on IT solutions • Experience in process management and engineering • Good understanding of analyzing data and gain meaningful insights • Conceptual thinking and a very independent way of working • Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1-Level)
