Description

• Responsible for Italian customers and all communication introducing an innovating payment process. • Training of operational managers for product usage. • Identify and eliminate possible “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding project. • Help to continuously improve the product and processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects. • Structured and clean way of working, even in stressful situations. • Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in a tense environment. • Willingness to travel to customers. • Native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English.
