📋 Description
• The Director, Tax Equity Analysis leads the financial analysis activities of managing BHE B’s and BHE Renewables’ tax equity portfolio to support consent requests, financial reporting, financial planning, and portfolio optimization. • Collaborates with Finance leaders to maximize portfolio performance, including acquisitions or restructures. • Leads due diligence and transaction-related activities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or accounting. • Chartered Financial Analyst or Certified Public Accountant certification preferred. • MBA - advanced business degree preferred. • 8 years of Financial Modeling experience, • 6 years of experience Tax Equity Modeling with the hypothetical liquidation at book value (HLBV) reporting method • Three years of supervisory/management responsibilities. • Extensive knowledge of tax equity modeling and analysis, including return on investment, forecasting, buy-out and HLBV calculations as well as knowledge of federal partnership tax rules and the renewable energy industry. • Extensive interaction with company personnel and outside consultants. • Superior oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills. • Effective, proven interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. • Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently. • Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without an accommodation.
